  1. To round numbers in the active window
  2.   1. Drag over the numbers to round.
  3.      You can select a rectagular area
  4.      by holding down the Option key
  5.      while you drag.
  6.  
  7.   2. Choose Round from the Edit menu.
  8.      This opens the Round dialog box.
  9.  
  10.   3. Type the number of decimal places.
  11.  
  12.   4. Click Round or Truncate.

  14.   5. Click OK.
